Description

Dan and Emma receive a master class on wining and dining, courtesy of chef Curtis Stone and sommelier Fahara Zamorano. Chef Stone talks about the origin of his career when, at 18, he walked into famed chef Marco Pierre White’s kitchen and asked him for a job. Fahara tastes us through several bottles from the wine list at Stone’s wildly popular Hollywood eatery, Gwen (where the episode was recorded).
